My name is Monte Cohen, and since 1987 have been involved with buying and selling comics as both a dealer of fine collectibles as well as a collector. I had supplied much item data to the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide between 1991-1996 (#26). In the early '90s I had established a comic book mail order business, and also sold through CBG (& other collectible publications), and at many comic book conventions in Toronto.

It's the objective here to not only provide you with a collectibles website that has an extensive and unique stock of goodies, but to also go above and beyond what other site's have done. That is to provide more scans and extended product descriptions (even for many lower priced wares). All the scans you'll find here are of the ACTUAL product. We do not use any stock photos here. In many cases, you'll find considerable descriptions of item's history, background and condition, because when shopping online, it's very helpful to have as much information as possible in order to make an educated purchase, as apposed to a blind one. We strive to eliminate much risks of online shopping. And please note that we have a policy here of complete and honest disclosure of any restoration or repairs that we know of, detect or suspect. No books in our inventory have any restoration or repair unless it is specifically noted in the item description.

We think that you will appreciate our strict grading here. It is easy for other websites to offer discounts on collectibles when they have them over-graded. This often happens on ebay too. Every effort is made to ensure invariable grading. So that such grades are recognized and in agreement by other professionals in the field. You be the judge.

We have gone to great lengths to provide a detailed description of condition, and descriptions of any key artists that had contributed to that specific publication, and key story actions or events/appearances that would make that issue more appealing, to many product items contained here. I hope you'll note that this site attempts to be informative, and is not here to simply sling out books blindly like many other comic book dealers might do. A lot of TLC went into the creation of this website, and it stems from the TLC that we have for comic books and collectibles in general.

All our items are graded by strict Overstreet Standards. We have a 10 day (from the day item arrives to you), 100% satisfaction guarantee (except for 3rd party graded comics, see below for more info). If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping costs), or a site credit if you choose. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs. Item(s) returned must be in the exact same condition as when they were sent out.

PAYMENT TYPES
All prices listed are in U.S. funds. We gladly PayPal, Bank and Postal Money Orders and checks drawn from U.S. or Canadian bank accounts (item will be held upto 14 days until check clears). Paypal, Bank and postal money orders ensure items will be sent out within 3 business days (or sooner). U.S. customers please note that all money orders sent from USA must be marked 'International' from your post office or bank, since we are located in Canada. All checks, Postal and Bank money orders are to be made payable to: Monte Cohen.

SHIPPING FEES & POLICIES
All our items are sent out bagged and boarded or in an acid free mylar sleeve (depending on item value and/or size). Please allow 3 business days for your order to be pulled, packed and shipped. All items are sent via Canada Post (CPS), or by UPS. All items sent to USA which require a customer's signature must be sent out via UPS. This will occur for orders of $250 or more.

For USA and Canada
The fee for shipping small order will generally vary between $6.50 and $14.50 depending on item's weight. Combined shipping is factored into shipping charges by package's overall weight. Insurance is automatically included with all orders. Buyer is responsible for these shipping costs. Canada Post items can be tracked, though we are not responsible for items lost is this process, nor for any customs fees or taxes. UPS service is also available, but not an option through our Shopping-Cart. So additional charges may be applied for shipping towards your order. It generally takes 8 to 14 days for items to arrive by mail, and 5-7 via UPS.

International Shipping
International customer's are solely responsible for any tarriffs or taxes imposed by their own countries. We will ship to UK, Europe (parts of), Austrailia, New Zealand, Japan and S. Korea. We can only accept Paypal payments from overseas countries at this time. Our Shopping-Cart is set up to factor your location into the overall shipping cost.
For The UK and parts of Europe (Overseas), the fee for shipping may generally vary between $13.50 and $35 for small packages (depending on overall weight). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. UPS is also available.
For Pacific Overseas (Austrailia, New Zealand, Japan, S. Korea), the fee for shipping may generally vary between $20 and $45 for small packages (depending on overall weight). Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. UPS is also available.

3rd PARTY GRADED COMICS
All sales of comic books and/or magazines as noted as graded by the Comic Guarantee Corporation and sealed in the CGC protective plastic casing, or any other sales of comic books graded and sealed by a 3rd Party Grader (like PGX), are final. This is because those books have been graded by those 3rd party companies, and not by us. We cannot guarantee any other company's subjective grades. Some 3rd party's protective plastic holders may contain scuffs or scratches.
